Who Am I
Riccardo La Cecilia is a dedicated filmmaker and visual effects professional whose lifelong passion for cinema has shaped his academic and professional journey. Driven by a deep interest in visual storytelling, he has continuously refined his craft to bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution.
Early Start: Began creating music videos using Adobe After Effects at the age of 14, continuously nurturing his creative skills alongside his school commitments.
Technical Expertise: Leverages a strong academic foundation in computer science and telecommunications to quickly master industry-standard software, including Final Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
Practical Experience: Actively expanded his capabilities by utilizing green screens, building custom editing workstations, and working professionally in corporate video and photo production from age 17 onward.
Heavily inspired by the narrative approach and technical excellence of creators like Sam Kolder, Riccardo is determined to craft breathtaking visual experiences. His ultimate career goal is to work for major film studios or leading advertising agencies, producing high-quality commercials and cinematic projects that reflect his unique visual style.
